A name or place entered in a search box is sent directly to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results; we do not keep a separate log of those search terms.

We retain an email or contact message as needed to answer it. It remains within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

No Criminal-Record Data on File
We do not compile, store, or sell a database of personal criminal records. The site explains how to reach custodians of Delta County records, including the Sheriff's Office, Delta Combined Court, the Colorado Bureau of Investigation, and the Colorado Sex Offender Registry. Visitor data is not assembled into a third-party record or consumer report, and this site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy terms, retention periods, and sharing rules apply to information entered there, and we do not control those practices. Review the provider's policy before running a query.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to sheriff, court, state-agency, legal-aid, or outside search sites. Once you leave, the destination's privacy policy controls. Read it before providing personal information.
Some advertising companies may track activity across websites for targeted ads. That tracking occurs through their systems.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be available to:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
